ELECTRIC VACUUM LIFTER | GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20
425,00 €
The GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20 is a professional electric vacuum lifter designed to make lifting, handling and positioning heavy and bulky materials easier. It can be used with a wide range of materials, including glass, tiles, metal, wood, stone, concrete and plasterboard.
Unlike traditional manual suction cups, the GRABO PRO generates vacuum through a high-suction electric pump with an airflow of 20 L/min and continuously monitors pressure using an intelligent digital sensor.
Once the required vacuum level has been reached, the motor automatically stops and restarts whenever the system detects a loss of suction.

Electric Vacuum Lifter with Automatic Vacuum Control
One of the key advantages of the GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20 is its intelligent pressure management system.
Simply position the vacuum lifter on the surface and activate the system. The digital sensor monitors the vacuum level and automatically starts or stops the pump to maintain the required pressure.
The digital display also allows the operator to monitor vacuum pressure in real time while handling the material, providing an immediate indication of the vacuum level during operation.
This feature makes the GRABO PRO particularly practical for repetitive lifting, handling and positioning operations.

FAQ
What materials can the GRABO PRO be used on?
The GRABO PRO electric vacuum lifter can be used on a wide range of materials, including glass, ceramic tiles, metal, plastic, wood, slate, concrete and plasterboard.
It is designed to work on smooth surfaces as well as certain rough and semi-porous surfaces. The manufacturer specifies use on surfaces with peak-to-valley irregularities of less than 3 mm and curvature below 5°.
Actual lifting capacity varies depending on the material, surface porosity and grip orientation.
How much weight can the GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20 lift?
The GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20 can achieve a maximum lifting capacity of 170 kg on glass and ceramic tiles in the configuration specified by the manufacturer.
However, the official Working Load Limit (WLL) is 120 kg on non-porous surfaces, taking into account the specified 2:1 safety factor. Lifting capacity also varies according to the material, with lower maximum values specified by the manufacturer for materials such as wood, concrete, slate and plasterboard.
The material and surface conditions should therefore always be checked before use, and the specified safe working load limits must be observed.
Can the GRABO PRO be used on rough surfaces?
Yes. One of the advantages of the GRABO PRO electric vacuum lifter is that it can be used not only on perfectly smooth surfaces but also on certain rough and semi-porous materials.
The 20 L/min pump and sealing system can generate a vacuum on materials such as wood, slate and rough concrete, provided that the surface falls within the limits specified by the manufacturer.
GRABO specifies surfaces with irregularities below 3 mm and curvature below 5°. Actual lifting capacity must always be assessed according to the material and the condition of the surface.
How does the GRABO PRO automatic vacuum control work?
The GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20 uses a digital sensor to continuously monitor vacuum pressure.
Once the vacuum lifter has been positioned on the material and activated, the pump generates the required suction. When the set vacuum level is reached, the motor automatically stops. If the system detects a drop in pressure, the pump automatically restarts to restore the required vacuum level.
At the same time, the digital display allows the operator to monitor the vacuum pressure during use, making it easier to check the grip while lifting, handling and positioning materials.
