Brushless Motor and High-Flow 30 L/min Pump

At the heart of the GRABO PRO Brushless is a new high-torque brushless motor, designed to provide greater efficiency and faster gripping during material handling operations.

The pump delivers an airflow of 30 L/min, compared with 20 L/min on the GRABO PRO-LIFTER 20. This allows the vacuum to be generated more quickly and the required suction level to be restored faster when necessary.

Brushless technology also contributes to a longer pump service life. GRABO states a lifespan of more than 100,000 ON/OFF cycles or over 800 hours of continuous operation.

Precise Vacuum Control for Heavy and Delicate Materials

One of the key features of the GRABO PRO Brushless vacuum lifter is its ability to precisely adjust the suction force.

The adjustable suction limiter allows the vacuum level to be set up to a maximum of 0.8 bar / 80 kPa, while the LED display allows the operator to monitor the pressure during use.

Once the desired value has been set, the system automatically controls the pump to maintain the required vacuum level.

This feature is particularly useful when handling materials that require greater care, such as thin glass, polished stone and delicate tiles, helping avoid applying more suction than necessary.

The GRABO PRO Brushless can be used on a wide range of non-porous and semi-porous surfaces, allowing different materials to be handled with a single professional tool.

The GRABO PRO Brushless has a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 120 kg on non-porous surfaces. However, lifting capacity varies depending on the material and the orientation of the grip.
For glass and ceramic tiles, the manufacturer specifies a capacity of up to 120 kg with both perpendicular and parallel grip orientations. For wood, the stated capacity is 100 kg with a perpendicular grip and 65 kg with a parallel grip.
GRABO reports testing of up to 240 kg of lifting force under ideal conditions, but the value that must be observed during use is the official 120 kg WLL.
