Accepted Payment Methods

Payment for the products available on the Website may be made using the following payment methods, where available at the time of order and displayed during checkout:

• credit or debit card;
• PayPal;
• Klarna;
• advance bank transfer;
• cash on delivery;
• financing or operating lease solutions, where available, through affiliated financial partners such as Banca Ifis, Compass and Grenke.

The availability of one or more payment methods may vary depending on the type of product, the order amount, the outcome of automated anti-fraud checks, the product category, and whether the customer is acting as a consumer or a business user.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Purchases on the Website can be made using major international card networks, including, by way of example, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, where enabled by the payment service provider.

Card payment transactions are processed through secure systems and encrypted connections, managed by specialized electronic payment providers. Sensitive card data (such as card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and security code) is processed directly by the payment service provider and is not stored by Sollevapratico, except for any technical tokens made available by the provider solely for payment, security, or facilitating future purchases, where applicable.

Sollevapratico does not have access to the full card details used by the User to pay for the Products.

Payment via PayPal (and Cards via PayPal)

If the User selects PayPal as the payment method, they will be redirected to a secure page of the relevant provider to complete the transaction according to PayPal’s procedures.

The charge will be made according to the timing and methods established by PayPal. Sollevapratico does not acquire or store the User’s PayPal account credentials or any financial data associated with it.

Payment via Klarna

Where available, the User may choose Klarna as a payment method, according to the options provided by the provider during checkout, such as, by way of example, immediate payment, deferred payment, installment payments, or financing.

Access to these options, as well as their approval, is subject to the contractual terms, requirements, and assessments carried out directly by Klarna. Sollevapratico is not involved in the approval process and does not determine the conditions applied by the provider.

Payment by Advance Bank Transfer

In the case of payment by advance bank transfer, the User may make the payment using the bank details provided during the purchase process, in the order confirmation email, or in the dedicated payment section.

The bank transfer reference must include, where required, the order number and the name of the order holder.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sollevapratico reserves the right to process and ship the purchased Products only after confirming that the full amount has been successfully credited to its bank account.

Any bank charges applied by the User’s financial institution shall be borne by the User.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, the User may choose cash on delivery, paying the amount due directly to the courier at the time of delivery, according to the methods accepted by the carrier.

The cash on delivery service may be subject to:

• maximum order limits;
• availability only for certain products or geographic areas;
• additional fees, clearly indicated before order confirmation.

The User is required to prepare the necessary payment in accordance with the instructions provided during checkout or communicated by the carrier. In the event of refusal to pay upon delivery, Sollevapratico reserves the right not to complete the order or to seek reimbursement of any costs incurred.

Financing and Operating Lease

For the purchase of certain products or for orders meeting specific requirements, Sollevapratico may offer financing or operating lease solutions through affiliated partners, including, by way of example, Banca Ifis, Compass, and Grenke.

Such solutions are subject to:

• availability at the time of purchase;
• eligibility and documentation requirements set by the financial partner;
• approval by the lending or leasing institution;
• specific economic and contractual terms defined exclusively by the financial partner.

The financing or leasing application is handled directly by the selected partner, who acts independently as the contracting party. Sollevapratico does not guarantee approval and is not responsible for the partner’s assessment.

The order shall be considered confirmed only upon successful completion of the partner’s approval process and, where required, the fulfillment of all requested formalities.

Transaction Security

Purchases made on the Website are carried out through secure connections and security protocols designed to protect the data transmitted by the User.

Electronic payments are managed by specialized providers that adopt security measures, authentication systems, and encryption technologies aimed at reducing the risk of unauthorized access, misuse of data, or fraud.
